1. Add a receipt
Take a photo of your receipt with your phone, or upload an existing image or PDF.
2. Review the details
AI suggests details from the receipt. Review and apply them, or enter the information yourself.

Organise products, purchase documents and deadlines. You can download and export your receipts too.

Download your BuyKeep receipts as an offline copy: photos, PDFs, a readable overview, JSON and CSV together in ZIP format.
- Prepare your offline copy in BuyKeep and download the ZIP.
- Extract the entire ZIP into a folder on your device.
- Open BuyKeep Offline.html. Select a receipt to see its details and open its photos or PDFs.
Large collections have a START package and numbered file packages. Download all packages and extract each into its own folder with the same name. Keep the folders next to each other and open BuyKeep Offline.html in the START folder. The download page shows the exact folder names.
An export is available for 24 hours. Up to two new jobs per 24 hours and three download attempts per part or JSON. Files are generated on demand, without an extra stored archive or AI credits. Downloaded copies remain usable after expiry.
You can photograph a receipt or upload a PDF, review optional AI suggestions, or enter details manually. Dates are saved organizational notes; email and push reminders are not sent yet. Receipts in trash can be restored for 30 days.
HEIC photos are exported as the JPEG saved during upload. BuyKeep requires an internet connection; downloaded documents can be read offline. Export does not include automatic re-import or service recovery.
Install PlenDesk from your browser: on iPhone use Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android use the browser installation menu. The app remains available in your browser.
One account for your everyday things.
BuyKeep, MyID and ForGet are part of PlenDesk. Credits and storage are shared across your account. AI extraction requires enough credits; entering receipt details manually uses no AI credits.
