Refund Policy

Who processes your payment

All paid PlenDesk plans and add-ons are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the contractual seller of your purchase and handles payment, invoicing, tax — and refunds. Their Refund Policy governs all refund requests.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or open your order via Lemon Squeezy "My Orders", and include your order ID.
  2. If anything is unclear, email us at support@plendesk.com with your account email and the order ID — we will help you route the request to the right place.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription anytime under Account & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period stays active until it ends. A cancellation is not automatically a refund — refunds for the current period follow Lemon Squeezy's policy above.
