Who processes your payment
All paid PlenDesk plans and add-ons are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the contractual seller of your purchase and handles payment, invoicing, tax — and refunds. Their Refund Policy governs all refund requests.
How to request a refund
- Reply to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or open your order via Lemon Squeezy "My Orders", and include your order ID.
- If anything is unclear, email us at support@plendesk.com with your account email and the order ID — we will help you route the request to the right place.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription anytime under Account & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period stays active until it ends. A cancellation is not automatically a refund — refunds for the current period follow Lemon Squeezy's policy above.
